How do I sign up for Dermaglanz Rewards?
Simply create an account by opening the Rewards panel and tapping "Join Now." Enter your name, email, and password it's free! You'll automatically receive insider access to sales, promotions, and product drops. Already have an account or email subscription? You're already enrolled in the program! Just sign in and start earning points!
Do I need a new account to earn rewards?
Nope! If you already have an account, you’re automatically enrolled in Dermaglanz Rewards.
Where can I find my rewards account info?
You can access all your rewards details in the Rewards panel once you’re logged in.
Will I receive points for past purchases?
Points are earned on purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to sign up before you shop to start earning points!
How do I redeem my points?
Visit the Rewards panel to explore reward options and click "Ways to Redeem" to claim your reward!
How can I earn points?
Earn points with every purchase, sharing with friends, leaving reviews, and even on your birthday. Check the "Ways to Earn" section in the Rewards panel for more ways to collect points!
Can I use points in-store?
Currently, rewards points are only redeemable online, but we're working on integrating our store and site in the future.
Can I return items if I redeemed rewards points?
Yes, if you return an item, the points you used will be credited back to your account.
What happens if I return an item I earned points for?
If you return an item purchased with rewards, the points will be restored to your account.
Do my points expire?
Yes, Glanz points expire after 6 months of no activity or purchase. Also, rewards expire 6 months after being issued.
How is my rewards level determined?
Your level is based on the points you earn in a calendar year:
Glanz Beauty 0+ Glanz Points
Glanz Pro 1500+ Glanz Points
Glanz Gold 5000+ Glanz Points
Earn enough points, and you’ll automatically move to the next level, unlocking more perks!
When will I know I’ve reached a new level?
You’ll receive an email welcoming you to your new Dermaglanz Level once you qualify.
Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?
Troubleshooting:
Make sure you’re logged into your account when making a purchase. Points aren’t earned for guest checkouts, returns, or canceled orders. If something seems off, reach out to us at: contact@dermaglanz.com for help.
What if I don’t see my points?
There could be a delay, but you can check your rewards history for the details. If you still think something’s wrong, contact us, and we’ll sort it out!
How do I get my birthday reward?
Add your birthday to the “Ways to Earn” section in the Rewards panel. On your birthday, we’ll send you 1,000 Glanz points to use for rewards and shopping!
How do I redeem my rewards at checkout?
When checking out, click "View Rewards" and choose how you’d like to redeem your points.
